2. Free "As-Is" Services

Humanlyst AI provides products and website access free of charge for your convenience. This free availability does not create any contract for ongoing service, support, or maintenance.

We reserve the absolute right to change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any product, feature, build, or download at any time, without notice and without liability. We have no obligation to provide updates, bug fixes, or to ensure continued compatibility with any operating system or third-party service.

3. User as Sole Custodian of Data

Our products are designed for local-first processing. You are the sole custodian of your data.

Humanlyst AI does not have access to, does not store, and cannot recover your local recordings, transcripts, photos, or project files. You are exclusively responsible for your own data backups, security, and retention. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to access data, regardless of the cause.

4. AI Outputs & Professional Reliance

Our products use AI to generate summaries, scores, and insights. AI is inherently probabilistic and may generate outputs that are inaccurate, biased, or misleading.

Outputs are for assistance only and do not constitute professional advice.

You must independently review and verify all AI-generated content. You must not rely on Humanlyst products for high-risk, legal, medical, financial, or business-critical decisions. Any action taken based on AI output is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

Humanlyst AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the website and products. Free use does not grant you a license to redistribute, reverse-engineer, rebrand, or resell our software. Your content remains yours; we claim no ownership over the files you process locally.

6. No Warranties

The products and website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanlyst AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the products will meet your requirements or that any results will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanlyst AI, its founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, agents, representatives, licensors, hosting providers, distribution partners, app store providers, payment providers, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of your use of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Humanlyst AI, its founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, agents, representatives, licensors, hosting providers, distribution partners, app store providers, payment providers, and third-party service providers harmless from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of the products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
