Humanlyst AI products, websites, installers, and documentation may include third-party libraries, platform SDKs, AI tools, models, fonts, icons, media, and build tools.
This page explains our general notice and attribution structure. Detailed, release-specific third-party notices are generated and included with each public desktop release package where required by the relevant licenses.
2. Third-Party Components & Liability
Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses, notices, terms, and restrictions. A third-party component license applies to that specific component only.
Humanlyst AI provides these components 'as-is' and disclaims all liability arising from security vulnerabilities, performance issues, or license compliance gaps found in upstream third-party libraries. Any use of such components is at your own risk.
3. Website Stack
Our digital studio is built on high-integrity third-party foundations, including React, React Router, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide Icons. These libraries are typically licensed under MIT or Apache 2.0 terms.
4. Desktop Binary Releases
Humanlyst AI products are built using high-integrity third-party library components. These materials are distributed in accordance with their respective licenses. Where specific licenses require formal attribution or notice files, we aim to provide these within the documentation or upon reasonable request.
5. AI Models & Weights
Products that support local AI processing (via Ollama or direct model loading) allow you to use third-party weights and datasets. These models (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Phi) are subject to their own specific model licenses (such as the Llama Community License). You are responsible for ensuring your use case complies with these model-specific restrictions.
6. Trademarks & Assets
Microsoft Store, Windows, macOS, Zoom, Teams, Jira, and Confluence are trademarks of their respective owners. References to these names or screenshots of their interfaces do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Humanlyst AI.
