Recording Consent: You are exclusively responsible for complying with local recording laws. You must notify all participants when recording is active.
Speaker Attribution: AI speaker identification is probabilistic. Humanlyst AI is not liable for incorrect statements, wrongly attributed quotes, or false summaries of participant sentiment.
High-Stakes Documentation: E.C.H.O summaries are decision-support drafts only. Do not use them as official corporate minutes without human review and approval.
Third-Party Links: If you connect E.C.H.O to cloud platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams), you assume all risks regarding data retention on those platforms.

HR & Performance Prohibition: ORION health scores are team-level delivery signals. You must not use ORION as the sole basis for individual performance reviews, promotions, terminations, or disciplinary actions.
System Integrity: ORION relies on data from connected systems (Jira, Confluence). Humanlyst AI is not liable for business decisions made based on incorrect or stale data imported from your systems.
Token Security: You are the sole custodian of your Jira/System API tokens. We are not liable for any security breaches resulting from user misconfiguration of access credentials.
Risk Signals: Automated risk detection is an advisory feature. It is not a guarantee of delivery success or a substitute for expert management oversight.

Permanent Deletion Warning: Deletion or deduplication actions within FrameWell may be permanent and irreversible at the OS level. Always maintain an external backup of your primary photo library.
Facial Recognition: Recognition accuracy is limited. We are not liable for wrongful identification, misclassification of individuals, or privacy issues arising from local indexing.
Metadata Accuracy: EXIF, GPS, and OCR data extraction may be inaccurate. Do not rely on FrameWell for forensics or legally-sensitive document verification.
Local Database: Your local search index is stored on your device. We cannot recover your categorization data if your hard drive fails or the database is corrupted.
